For several years now I am actively practicing Reiki, energy channeling and healing with crystals or “laying of stones”. I’ll be delighted to give you a session after which you will feel even more relaxed and balanced.
Reiki Healing Session
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. With Reiki treatment I either lay my hands on your body or I place my hands over your major energy centers in order to spiritually channel this loving “life force energy” to you.
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
Energy Channeling
All around you, and throughout the entire universe, circulates the life energy. It exists not only as energy field around every living thing, but also circulates through the earth, through the atmosphere around us, and in nature. The flow of this energy connects everything that exists, and you, as a living being, are taking in this life energy at every moment. Some people may be blocked in certain areas of their energy centers and they need clearing and cleansing.
Energy Channeling is very similar to Reiki with laying on hands or right above the body, however this time we will connect to your spiritual guides, masters and entities of the highest light in order to channel this life force energy to the places where you need the healing the most.
Crystal Healing
Or Crystal Therapy is a form of vibrational healing. It involves the use and application of different crystals and gemstones to facilitate the healing of the body, mind and soul.
Different crystals have different properties that can focus particular forms of healing energy - just as light passing though a stained glass window changes color so healing energy is refined for specific complaints. It is believed that crystals influence the subtle body - the energy body that caries our life force (known in the East as Prana or Chi) this life force is particularly focused at energy centers called chakras. By placing crystals on these chakras areas the healing effect of our system is boosted to bring better health and well being.
During this session I will scan your body for blocks and will choose the best crystals to place on your body to assist with healing. The other method is that we can concentrate on balancing your major chakras with crystals.
